Code blocked - no response

After some time, I'm trying to reinstall FSpax, but received a message that my code is blocked.

I have sent two e-mails so far, but no reply or indication that my e-mail was read.

I bought it on Simmarket and I have all the details of the purchase.

Dan is the only person who can help you with a rebate. I don't have any influence over this. The only advice I can give at this point is
to have patience until you hear from him...or keep the emails flowing.

Honestly, I think that Dan is taking advantage of this situation. At the end I bought FsP P3D at full price (€ 36,54)
The fact that dan did not provide the rebate for those who buy fsp p3d on simmarket (on fligtsim is no longer present and can not get the rebate) is outrageous. He plays on it, is evident.
To quote the Divina Commedia, when Dante and Virgilio are about to cross the door of hell:
"Lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate" - "You, who are entering this place, lose all hope"

the thing is I use bitdefender and have done for the last 5 years at the moment i am using the 2019 version and things are a little bit frustrating.

I'm sorry Dan is not responding. I'll do my best to get him to reply to your emails. I'll send him a link to this thread. I understand Dan has had some personal challenges lately. They must be quite severe for him to not respond to these requests.

By the way, have you attempted to download and install FsP without your antivirus running in the background?

I am a customer like everyone else here. I just happen to be a moderator on the forum. I am not employed by Dan, so I have no other authority when it comes to the business side. Dan is the sole proprietor of FsP and handles everything on the business end.

Wish I could be of more help to you and others who experience the block code issues.
