Code blocked - no response

As many others I got my FSP Code Blocked. So I tried emailing dan as it's said in fspassengers - no response.

Thereafter I tried using the contact formular on the homepage - no response.

Again I tried messaging Dan via the forum personal messages - no response.

And I tried Dan emailing via the forum function - no response.

First Email was on Tuesday, 25th of September.

I am awaiting your response, emails with the details are sent. Just want to say that there is a difference between my actual mailing address and the one I used to buy the code. Please use only my actual address.

I too have been trying to resolve the serial block issue. Emails, posts and more emails have thus far not resulted in any feedback.

I really hope that this week there is some progress.

I have sent Dan another email regarding the increased issues with blocked codes. I didn't hear from him after my previous email a couple of weeks ago, so I am unsure if he's been able to read it. Frankly, I don't know what's going on with Dan. Wish I had more news to give you both...and others. I'll keep trying to contact Dan, however.

So it's two weeks now that I'm waiting for my code.
How do you treat your customers? I know I purchased 10 years ago, but I can prove my purchase and so I HAVE TO be able to use this program.

I can't believe there's nobody else than Dan who can unlock the code or send me a new one. The seller tells me to talk to the developer, the developer is unreachable. 

Just tell simmarket to send me a new code and everything's fine! You can let my old code blocked! 

Sorry that I'm a little bit upset but that's no way of customer service!

Glad to hear Dan is OK!
I had issues getting validated but the FAQ solved it.
Double check firewall and router ports!
Went right through!

For some this may work. FSS has had their issues lately and it doesn't involve firewalls.
