On my two last flight logs you can see that I was fined 600 pts for exeeding the Vne.
I was cruising at 310 kts for a Vne of 335 kts at FL 310 but faced winds up to 90 kts and in a sharp wind direction change was kicked forward beyond
340 kts...
Second time uder same condition, I kept at 300 kts, no avail. I did not notice it in flight but in the flight log a Vne overpass was once again logged

This brings me with two question:
What is the right way to deal with such conditions. Is it necessary to fly as slow tha Vne - wind speed ? ex 310 - 90 would be 220 kts, almost
approach speed ...
In FSNavigator, I did not see any dialog box about wind correction so when I expect let's tell 40 kts face wind for a cruise IAS of 310 kts, I put in
the cruise speed dialog box 270 kts. It works but is there any better way to integrate winds in flight planning ?
