Neat! Love those Northern Lights shots. I've never seen them in real life, or simulated in FS9... Where did you find them? I'm guessing
up north somewhere (Canada, etc.).

I was doing a flight from PANC-CYYZ. I think it happens anyhwere North of 55*?

Actually, I downloaded a new stars.cfg file (or whatever the file is that lists star location), and it seems to add THOUSANDS of more stars,
and realistic constellations to the night sky. It can be found either at flightsim.com or avsim.com. I believe it was a file for FS2002,
however I use it with FS9 with no problems. It's great!!
