I would say a Rockwell Commander-500 or the Turbo Commander-600 would be the aircraft for me.

For my retirement, what I'd like to do is buy a 747 Fuselage from Mojave, Air lift it to a piece of property and convert it into a house, I've
already drawn up the rough plans in Auto-Cad and it seems like a legitimate idea. Perhaps a piece of prpoerty big enough to have a small landing
strip?...who knows.

When it comes to being very realistic I would like own the brand new Cessna 182's with a/c and leather. : ) If someone was rich wouldnt a Gulf
stream aircraft be better then a Boeing? Yes I said it Im sorry about that. I am a huge Boeing fan but hey I would think the Gulf stream private
jets are quicker smoother ride and it will get ya there quicker with less fuel cost.

Lake Renegade for me! great amphibian aircraft, tricky to fly due to its high centre of gravity and thust vector, but with high cruising speed,
low maintenace and fuel cost it is a great aircraft build on a lot of experice (grumman and others)

6 seat, retract. 3p gear, flying boat. single engine, (diffrent types) 3blade constant speed prop,

That Beechcraft Duke is one of the most beautiful aircraft in the air... i have to agree there with you. Such a pity that its so uneconomically to
