Question about passenger boarding

It seemed at first a nice idea but I don't think also that they wait the passengers that are late,
it was perhaps possible in 1970 but not anymore...

Could it be an option to wait for passangers? I am planing to fly to not so crowded destinations, where I could imagine that I wait a few
minutes for a paying customer.
But whatever you say ...

Hi Again, you'll get fed up of me posting.

I understand that the loading of Passengers can be delayed, is it also true for Cargo in the holds, or is this loaded instantly? If it is loaded
on the delay principle, is it possible for the ground crew to close the cargo doors on the aircraft and then let the flight deck know this?

Well, contrary to the door, not all aircraft in FS have modeled opening cargo hold doors. I think that could be a problem.

I very much like the idea of the random delays. Here are some I thought of:

"One of our passengers is running late"
"Some of the passengers have been delayed because their connecting flight was late"
"A passenger requires special assistance to get on board"
"We have a problem in the cargo hold"
"Our crew found a suspisious package among the cargo"
"The maintenance staff is just finishing up down there"


Those are just a few I thought of. I hope you can work something out.

Ahhh! You've flown BMIBaby too?

They put us on the aircraft 5 minutes before they would have had to give us some form of recompense for being late. We then sat on said B737 for
almost half an hour while they sorted galleys, shop trolleys, refuelled (yes, with passengers on board. ) and generally turned the aircraft
around. Hmm. Yes. Well.

That's definately one worth putting in FSP.

LOL no but I worKed for American Airlines and remeber sometimes when asKed if they could start the boarding the crew was still servicing our gally and
we told them to give us a few till the galley's were done
