[Work in Progress] FsPassengers for Prepar3D v4 (64 bits version)

I am very happy with the progress of the new FSP, Dan congratulations, I have a question, do you have to launch it in other languages? For example I'm from Brazil, it would be very good FSPv4 in Portuguese.

You have tools in the folder to translate at least the menu and the doc. (See language)

Sorry for the lack of reply, I read all your messages, log in my TODO what I find interesting but discussing about it and why I take your suggestion or not would take too much time. As said above, the first release might be roughly the same version than v3 because I'm very late. I'll start to add new "TODO" feature once released. (If you don't deactivate this option you'll be warned when a new version is out when you start a flight)

I catched a bad flux this week-end, I'm sweating like a pig, feel stoned and make nightmare about code lines flying around me
Remember to NEVER kiss your daughter that have a flux....    

Anyway, I checked carefully the "belly landing code", seems ok now.
I'm also done yet with the "Tire explosion at landing".

Twingray, Dan is still working on the new version...as you can see in his previous posts. He has not set a date of release yet.

With all of the suggestions pouring in, I'm wondering if all of the requestors realize it could take far longer for Dan to release the new version should he implement half of what's requested. Just thinking aloud. Carry on....

I made a utility to grab all the ICAO/airport from BGL for FsPassengers's configuration file but I don't have any scenery addon in my Prepar3D.
Yet it find 24502 airports.

You can try it if you want, if you have a better list maybe we can use it for v4 ?



1-Download the zip:
http://www.fspassengers.com/FsPassengers...igFile.zip
1-unzip the exe in "Prepar3D/scenery"
2-right click "run as admin" (not necessary on my windows 7 64 but I'm not sure about windows 10)
3-Launch... list is created next to the program, you can delete the files if you want.


(One good idea would be to provide this utility with FsPassengers, so everyone can recreate a list based on his installation)

Just want to say thank you. I‘m thrilled to have FSP soon on P3DV4, checking back the forum nearly every two to three hours, to see, if there are news :-)

I find it hilarious how everyone has been begging for an updated FSPassengers for v4, and now that it will finally happen, people keep piling on requests to implement before it's release.

I say let's get a solid working product for v4 sooner, and worry about the intricate updates later on.

Thanks & Good news, but today I work on bgl files to grab more data that may be very useful to add some FSP features.
So I'll issue a new version soon. Stay tuned.

EDIT 4:30 am:
13 hours of work to make my way trough BGL , finally succeeded.
It will allow me to give more complete informations when you search an airport like com, ils, runways (and also some other future features)
and also not relying anymore on Sim's GPS (slow and not 100% reliable).

It worth the coding time spent.
