@Jason, tnx, hehe I experienced that earlier but thats not the problem, btw good practise to safely land without hydrolics etc. 
I think, also for Joeflyer , I found the problem. Last 2 flights no more suddenly out of fuel.
Within FSX itself (settings/realisme) I enabled unlimited fuel, not very realistic, but it seems thats the solution.
KOAK - KBAB no problem with fuel Only some birds who destroyed 1 of my engines but thats another story
