Hi thanks for all your feedback I have narrowed it down to the text across the screen when the cabin crew make their announcements. If in the settings I disable display crew text in v/c (something
like that) then I don't get the stuttering/flashing. I would give you my specs if you want but I think that my graphics card is a little under powered too. It's only got 256mb. But anyway I seems to have
solved it by switching off that option. Hopefully it won't happen anymore.

Nvidia gforce gt 256mb dedicated graphics card
256gb ssd
As I said I know that this set up is not ideal because it's a laptop but I will be getting a desktop pc in the near future and then I will be rocking and rolling
