fspassengersx.dll blocked

Now i reinstall the FSX with SP1, SP2 and than without any Add-on FSPX but i still have the same problem, the fspassengersx.dll are blocked in cause
there is no valid signature



you can see the signature is out of date, i think that´s the problem for Win 7 64bit.

So my question is, are there other users they run the kombination Win 7 64bit FSX and FSPX without this message?
