Problem with 737-800 solved. Indeed an FMC problem. Thnxs for the hint
I manualy reduced the given speed in the FMC to 180
knots upon final aproach. Now with the 737-800 and FsP on, (near) prefect landings.
With the 747-400 no such luck. Still disengages the AP and go to TO/GA mode by itself when FsP is used.
