3 - Bad service refers to the quality of the food you buy in to give to your passengers. I’ve been satisfied by a plain cheese sandwich just
as much as I might be with a sandwich served on a golden platter with side salads and sauces and a sprinkling of fresh herbs so it
does make sense to me.
4 - In real life I suppose what you'd call a hard landing could vary depending on what aircraft, conditions, landing surface and a few other
factors as well. So you have to pick a figure for it somewhere and I think it works well enough for me as is.
