[FINAL VERSION?] New FSP utility - aircraft browser

it would but the utility would take forewer (4-10 seconds) to grab all the data because it must open each .air file,
seek the correct location, take data, close file etc etc. This would require also one more day work.
I preffer focus on FsP update instead of making the super cool utility (that give you only some numbers)
It's the reason why I didn't make an option to save the list to a file...
