Enabling FSPassengers removes FS ATC prompts/sounds

Hmmm, confirmation of the problem but no solutions - the larger thread is mostly related to the graphics driver problem and not the
same issue. Other posters do mention it but there's no solution given.

I was trying to avoid a reinstall of FS9 but it looks inevitable. I'll try a fresh install of FS9 and FSP and report back in case others are
having the same problem
