Pilot transfer qestion (no drew not in FAQ)

Does someone have a table that tells the cost of transfering a pilot by ranking? Does the pilot's flight record/points/hours effect the rank
variable at all? It would sure save a lot of time when dong a half restart (new company, old pilot).
