No penalty and no damages for excess flaps speed limit and gear ????

Have you got 'aircraft stress causes damage' (or something similar, I can't rememer exactly!) ticked in the Flight Simulator aircraft realism
settings?

I'm not sure if it has an effect in FSP but I fly the default Baron 58 sometimes and the flap limit penalty certainly works on my system.
