OK,
Can someone please explain FS Hardware Display setup re: Anti Aliasing and the others?
I have just changed my Nvidia 6600 card for a Gainward 6800GT thinking I would double or even tripple my Frame Rates. But I'm only
avaraging around 25 to 35 fps using default 737 flying over USA at FL330
I'm sure I was getting that with the old card, or near that!
My FS9 settings are set on High Scenery, Aircraft Low, Weather Medium High and Hardware set 0n 1024x768x32 with all tick boxex ticked,
Mip Mapping on 8, Rendered Lights on 4 and Global Max texture on medium.
The question is, what should these settings be.
Oh yes my mobo and CPU are - ASRock K7V4APro with updated Bios to 1.4 ( this updates BIOS to tackle the 6800 card) The CPU is a
AMD Sempron 2800 (Runs at 2000 KHtz.
I expect it is the CPU at fault and I'mm looking to change it to a Athlon XP 3200 when I have the funds.
