What do you mean? That it's not safe to fly or that you would not be safe flying in real life?
The answer to both question is: Yes, it's safe. If you've never flown in real life before, don't expect to land the aircraft until your 4th or 5th
lesson. You need to learn to turn, climb, and generaly fly before you can land somewhat safely. Like everything else, it's a skill that you learn to
master.
Now, back to Fs2004. No, it's not like in real life. It is, however a darn good procedural trainer for IFR flight (if you don't fly with the AP) and
it's fairly accurate for GA aircraft.
