This has been discussed MANY times on the forum! Try using the search feature. Why not be lazy, and simply press CTRL-SHIFT-B to
activate the FSP sign, then flip the sign on your favorite aircraft manually. Pressing the key combination for the FSP sign could be your
simulation of making the usual PA announcement anytime the belt is flipped on/off. It's not that hard, I've been doing it with the PMDG
737 for quite some time now.
