Want to get rid of AI traffic temporarily? Pause simulator, press r and + until the sim speed is 8x. You will see the AI aircraft disappear.
Then, press r again and use the - to return to normal speed. Unpause the sim and go flying. It's a cheat but helps if you are waiting on a
runway behind 10 or so planes and you're being called for dinner.
I use Ultimate Traffic and have the traffic set to 100%. I know I can reduce the setting but I don't find it much fun that way.
