Same here. I had CTDs sometimes on approach, sometimes after ground handoff after landing.
It look for me like a sound card issue. I have nVidia nforce chip onboard. Reducing hardware acceleration one notch in dxdiag really helped so far:
3 of 3 no CDT.

Will report more.
