LKN,
Check this thread

You and I as well as a handful of others are having the same problem with FsP. It really sent me through the roof a few moments
ago.
I was on final approach and went to drop the landing gear when I heard the message of dread. My gear were stuck and nothing I could do
about it. So, I declared an emergency, dialed in 7700 and resolved to make a belly landing.
Did just that on the runway and crashed. I delayed for a few moments and FS reset the flight....and just like that my flight was not
recorded. The only workaround is to hit the Alt key, go into the FsP menu and then end the flight post crash. Then, your flight will be
logged. If you wait too long though, according to FS it was just a bad dream and never happened.
But, if you look in the above thread you will find that Dan is working on a patch that will hopefully resolve this problem we are having.
Hope this helps
Chuck
