Yes .. more or less
Open the folder where your .wav files are
Right click on the particular file you want to change..
A heap of options will appear , one of which is "Record" .. the third option on my system.
This will load the particular file you wish to edit
Under "Effects" you will see the option Increase / Decrease volume by 25%.
Click away as many times as you want to increase / decrease volume .. obviously 4 times will give you 100 %
Then play the file until you have the required volume and save.
