[Solved] What a Aircraft by C5?

I have the same problem with the flight1 atr72 or a CRJ-200 but it would let me get a Dash8-300
In the ratings section its says:

Certified Any aircraft type less than 44092 lbs :
51h00 Senior Second Officer (c5)

According to the load editor for the atr it has a ZFW of about 28000Ibs
