Ì just had exactly the same...
I took of from KSFO, landed at a destination. Got a pretty good flight report (was also in economic mode, so lost-998 pound
(.
Then I checked the company manager, pressed exit....at that time I got the smae black screen.
Looks like when FSP has to give the controlls back to FS....something happens FS can't handle.
This was the first time I encountered it.
