that will learn ya, tanz.
that actually happened to me TWICE whilst flying from san fran to lax.
here's what you gotta do: be diligent with outside/external ac checks.
BEFORE you ask for atc clearance to pushback, do an outside check. make sure cargo and pax doors are closed. go back into the
cockpit and see what pax status is. do not, do not, do not hit shift-e for door operations unless you are absolutely certain you have to.
every time you do you have to have your ground crew (yourself) check the outside to make sure the doors are secure. all this should clear
it up, unless you have one of the early b747's whose cargo doors opened automatically.
