UPDATE:
Starting new features "utilities" in menu

Each of them will display first a help text with explaination, for backup it will ask you for a location
on your hd then copy all database files at this location into a new folder for example:
"FsPassengersXDbBackup_2008_05_12"
So with the date of save it will be easy to manage restore/delete old copy etc etc.
