I have looked and this kinda bugs me but in hiring more pilots for your company (even if it's only for eye candy) could you put in that you
can only make money off of planes that FLY and the only way you can fly a plane is to have pilots? So I was wondering if you could make a
small change in how your company planes (not the one you're flying but the others in your company) register a flight? My suggestion is
that they have to have a company pilot that you have to hire for each plane in your fleet . Those pilots fly the company planes and only
those planes make money for your company.

ie
10 planes + 5 pilots = random # of planes (not greater than 5 planes make money for your company)

10 planes + 10 pilots = random # of planes (not greater than 10 planes make money for your company)

and / or

10 planes + 15 pilots = random # of planes (not greater than 10 planes make money for your company)

so to sum up you need pilots to make planes fly and only those planes can make money.
in real life the planes sitting on the ground cost a company money.
