UPDATE NEW VERSION AVAILABLE:
New version released today 6 february 2008
Please download the archive and unzip it in your FsPassengers directory and launch "FsPassengers/utility/VoicePackCreator.exe"

CHANGE:
I've removed the "require administrator" security level and replaced with "Asinvoker", if it work without that why annoying
peoples with UAC popup ? Can you please check again if this version work also fine on lower level account possible ?
Does it trigger any UAC warning ? still work fine ?
