Error: Using Vista Ultimate with UAC turned on and after having switched users the app locks up.
Simulation: Switch users with the Voice application turned on and it will not react anymore when switched back to the
original user, it cannot be turned off and needs a hardkill. After that it will not restart until after a reboot
Visual Error: On attempt of restarting the application it will only come up with a black box in the middle of the screen
Suggestion: I do not think that this is an issue with your application Dan, I think it might be a Vista problem. I will do
some more messing with it
