a couple of days ago I miscaculated my fuel on a long flight... so I was about to land with 2% of fuel left 
Of course this is dumb, but not
insane... But it BECOMES insane, wenn you are a little bored on approach in your 767 and you forget for a second that your bird just needs some fuel
to keep its engines running... In a little moment of mental absence I clicked on this little GA-Button below the EIAS and on downwind I was sitting in
a glider plane
