Hey Jack, perhaps you need to contact Dan....dan@fspassengers.com for a new serial code.
"(Purchase date, transaction number, location where purchased (which doesn't exist anymore)"...meaning
you lost the info?
Let Dan know as much info as possible. Typically he's been issuing serial codes on Mondays only. Don't be
surprised if he doesn't respond even then. I have known of times when Dan did not respond to people on Mondays.
