In the main FsP folder, within the Documents directory, you will find 2 files. One is called log.txt and install log. Please post the contents of each file in your next response.
Also, did you install FSX-SE in the C: Programs (x86) directory? If so, that could be part of the problem. Do you have Windows 7 or Windows 10?
Usually when I see this happen, something is blocking the program or the installation was not done properly.
