Code blocked - no response

After some time, I'm trying to reinstall FSpax, but received a message that my code is blocked.

I have sent two e-mails so far, but no reply or indication that my e-mail was read.

I bought  it on Simmarket and I have all the details of the purchase.

Let's hope Dan can get back with you soon. If not, I'll send him an email.

Thank's for your attention! Dan sent me an e-mail with the serial. I'm working now and will try to unlock my FSPax later.
