No idea why these things happen but it has happened to some others recently. Since you have already emailed Dan with your purchase information, I hope you get a reply within the next day or 2. Dan announced that he was going to take a few days rest after spending so many hours on the FsP update, but I hope that it doesn't mean he will not take care of this sort of issue. If you don't hear from him within the next day or so, email him again.
