The exception code 0xc0000005 is a different case, however. That alone could be the culprit. Usually this involves access violation within Windows. Do you have full rights to your pc, and are you opening -SE as admin?

Yes I have also tried this as per suggested in another thread that I read on this forum.
I have just spoken with a friend of mine who also have the same issue, he however stated he have never had this issue before (He last played in September last year).
I have all the rights, tried opening as administrator - giving full access etc. Also tried different compability modes without any positive result.
My conclusion so far has been towards that a recent FSX-SE patch somehow does not work properly with FsPassengers, considering this is only crashing when accessing the menu (toolbar/right click) and nothing else.
After uninstalling FsPassengers I have not had this issue.
