There is a detection to some extent (ip/country) and a blacklist of released code on internet. Not much you can do on your side, but when I'm not near death sick I reply almost everyday

That's actually good news, because the alternative was that (in my case) the seller was breached or fraudulent. IP/Country bans I understand,lol, because I only got blacklisted when I went to the old country (Bulgaria), which isn't exactly a haven for intellectual property laws (and their obeyance :D ) and I'm 99% certain the ISP is using network address translation (in a nutshell - hundreds if not thousands of users on the same IP) and it's definitely possible someone pirated(or tried to) FSP before :D
