Are you using any AI program at all? This is a good place to start regarding this problem:

Thanks Joe,
No AI program, all of my AI is injected by myself through the hard work of the AIG group. http://www.alpha-india.net/ It's my labour of love, the people who contribute there are absolutely wonderful. The plans, the paints, its amazing and I've been lucky to be part of the group in my own small way.
But I understand what you're getting at. And early this evening, I found that part of my problem "could" have been that I was loading the same aircraft every time I tried to fly. Then I switched it and the problem has very strangely disappeared. Could it be that the plane, once purchased and part of my FSPassengers fleet, has some type of error associated with it that was making both FSPassengers and the sim cranky? It's an old POSKY 757 with lots of 2D panel gauges. I thought that might have something to do with the AI_player.dll error, but thats a shot in the dark.
I know my 4 posts don't show it, but I've been a FSPassenger user for years and beta tested the first release. I've been part of the AIG group for years and my simming experience goes back to SubLogic ATP. (We've come a LONG way).
I still think there's something else going on with the program itself, what does the Fault Module Name: fspassengersx.dll_unloaded " part of the FSPassengers .dll signify?
Oddly though the FSP error, although it did present itself the first time I reinstalled it, has not returned since I moved this plane out of the sim.
What you do think?
I'm not much closer to a solution, but I have found something that allows me to fly and is not giving me crashes.
It seems that the particular aircraft was conflicting with something within the ai system, the ai dll error indicated a general problem within the ai. Fspassengers.Dll_unloaded seems to appear when something within the core FSX system (or anything in simobjects) has caused the whole game to crash. About what's wrong with the aircraft I would have no idea
Kind Regards
~Sam
