FSP Loops Back to Passenger Load Screen

I have made repeated attempts at getting assistance to resolve this issue to no avail.  The software has been rendered unusable and nothing has changed since my repeated emails to get this resolved were sent out.  With all due respect, I'm NOT just going to eat it on this one.  I paid for a working software and would like to see it work once more.  As you can tell, I have a low tolerance for being left in limbo.  I sent Dan several emails and to-date I haven't received any response.  I know the man is busy, but customer service is part of ANY product and I am looking for product support and resolution to this matter.  I want to thank those who have already made the attempt to solve the issue, but I have nowhere else to go but back here in the forum to try to get some answers on this.  If anyone can communicate with Dan to tell him about it and possibly get some idea of how to solve this, I would GREATLY appreciate it.  Thank you!

addons like fsp and gsx (where im getting this view from) are designed and released as working software. The times when this software does not work as inteded is when the has not got everything installed correctly. I just so happen to know a bit of software that can check the dependences for a program to make sure they are there and here it is  http://www.dependencywalker.com/
You will want the x86 version and to open up the fspassegers dll file in it then post a screenshot of it here on the fourms.

Please note, that there are numerous other files, or modules that appear to have some kind of problem.  I don't know how to read the information, but maybe you can direct me further to provide you whatever else you need.
