Buying an aircraft

I got a plane that every time I try to buy it, the best option to buy has over 5000 hrs of flying, does anyone know what is it that determines the hours use or is it just random? would this effect my game play, I try logging off and on many times to the same result, I never get an option for a new plane.

the economy changes after every flight for that company meaning that you would have to fly an aircraft for the company before you get new offers. the higher hours the engine has the more chane it will have to fail as far as i know, even if the owner was good with maintaining for both high and low hours the high owers one would fail first

I've done at least two flights, during this period and to the same results.
