there is nothing wrong with airbus aircraft, just like there is nothing wrong with boeing aircraft. Each manafacturer has their strong points
Airbus: a380/a330/a320
boeing: 777/737 (maybe the 787, thats if it ever flys!)
besides, competition is what keeps industries competative
to the o.p: its an engine failure. keywork being 'engine'. Airbus does not make the engines that are fitted to its aircraft (same as
boeing); thus not airbus's problem
