Well, a person would have to be dead asleep in order to make a bad landing with the Caravan
The sweetest C208 I flew was the
winglet version being produce by HotWings out of Kelowna Canada. I didn't have to touch the yoke on landing...just a touch of the trim
switch and a last second touch of the power lever planted the mains smoothly on RWY 36L at KMEM. I was highly impressed with the
wing mod on that airplane. But, we didn't elect to buy the wing mod for our Caravans...not at a healthy price tag of 275K a piece.
Hey, I've not heard of any "cheap" CFIIs. If there are, it might behoove you to stay away from em
