I think I understand your problem. If you really want to use FSP co-pilot voice to call out the V-speeds the workaround would be like this:
1- Start FSP flight. don't worry about the v-speeds in the load sheet.
2- Configure ou get the v-speeds from the FMC and write them down
3- Abort current FSP flight and start a new one with the exact load of pax, fuel and cargo, then use the v-speeds you wrote down before,
into the load sheet.
There you go, the FSP co-pilot now call's out the correct speeds. Yes I know, it's not very practical. But if you really want to use FSP co-
pilot that's the only way I see how.
