1) Flights per month depends, but you will have to do at least on flight a week. The duration is the pilots descretion. Pilots will not be
deleted from the roster for missing one flight, just have a REASONABLE excuse because its real life before simulation. So let your hub
manager know about it in advance.

2) The positions for a thirteen year old are as shown on the site. We are a group of guys in that age group and thats what age group we
are aiming to please. Is it working?
