FS Approaches

I was messing around at the weekend, and approached Heathrow (EGLL). Using default ATC which tried to direct me in by Vectors. I
then chose an option to try another approach and discovered that transitions (or even STARS) were included.

Does anybody know if there is a list of airports with alterative approaches included on FS? Or am I making no sense at all!
