The best and cleanest way to do would be;
- Download the latest drivers for your card.(don't install them yet)
- Uninstall the current drivers so that the default VGA drivers will be active. (reboot also)
- When your pc is up and running with teh VGA drivers, install your newly downloaded drivers.
- Reboot again, check fs9 whether the flashing has gone
