Hello All,
The email this gentleman posted claiming that his friend was banned from VATSIM is a fake. We have searched all of our databases and
there is no record of any suspension for a Josh, or a suspension with those comments entered as the reason. The email Ryan posted is not even the correct format for a discipline suspension. The correct format would have a location, time, and region of the world. In short, it looks like Ryan was either lied to by his friend or bored and needed to stir the pot a little.
FSPassengers is definetly allowed on VATSIM. You are also allowed to have emergencies on VATSIM. Yes, if the controller is very busy
he or she may ask you to cancel the emergency, but more than likely you will have no problems when declaring an emergency.
In addition, the number of people banned for life from VATSIM, is less than 10. It just amazes me how people can take a rumor and turn it
into fact.

UPDATE:
Just looked in our database and the email Ryan posted was issued to Ryan and not Josh. Of course much of the email has been changed by someone to say something else. What it originally said was for Ryan to contact the VATSIM membership department to get his account details corrected and his account reactivated.
Actual Entry:
942458 810254 ADMINISTRATIVE SUSPENSION, REASON: INVALID/INCORRECT PERSONAL DETAILS 20050910203329
