VATSIM wants to see an ISP-derived Email to avoid troublemakers joining, causing crap, getting booted, and re-joining without any difficulty (because,
opening a new Hotmail address is pretty bloody easy, and quick).
If there is a reason you do not have an ISP-derived Email address, then you can contact the VATSIM Membership Department (you can get the address from
the VATSIM website), they may be able to help you out.
