I'd say UT installs the afcads automatically (long time since I tried it).
Just check where it installs them (I guess it's "addon scenery\scenery") and see to it that this directory has a low enough priority in you scenery menu.
Personally I have the MyTraffic afcad directory on the lowest priority. Specific afcad files for addon airports I place in the scenery folder of the
respective addon. That way single afcads always take precedence over the MyTraffic stuff.
