Why do you need the diplomas for FSP?? I don't have any and I already have one pilot at C1 and another well on the way. The ranks are
only names, to give you something to aim for. If you know how to fly then you can fly pretty much anything in FS. At the mo' I'm flying
singles since I don't have any of my 7 pilots ready for anything bigger. But if I'd flown on pilot I would be something like a C5 or C6 by now.
